Joseph is the Deputy National Practice Leader, Social Media and Digital Communications at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Canada. In his work, he pushes responsive innovation to ensure successful social media/digital strategies and campaigns. Keeping his finger on the pulse of emerging technologies is an ongoing labour of love. Joseph's roots are in public engagement. He founded Ascentum in 2003, which was acquired by Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2012. Through public engagement, Joseph helps organizations build sustainable decisions to complex issues. His work has demonstrated that public engagement provides organizations with the strategic intelligence to inform business decisions, while building and sustaining critical relationships.

Joseph's fascination with the arts is rooted in a life-long passion for music and creativity. As an aging athlete, his dedication to football, soccer, golf and running is only trumped by nagging injuries and his children's ever-expanding extra-curricular calendar. Joseph holds a B.Soc.Sci. and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
