Erin is Head of Global Brand Management at KPMG International, where she works with global teams and leaders in 150 countries to ensure brand adds measurable value to the business. Erin believes companies need to continuously transform the way they interact with their customers. She is always looking for inventive ways to build meaning into the experiences of KPMG's clients and its people.

Previously, Erin was a Director at Interbrand, where she developed strategic engagement programs for global brands. Drawing on design thinking, adult learning and behavioural change, she developed learning programs and tools to shift workshops away from 'talking at' the client to facilitating their success through collaboration. She blogged for Interbrand on Olympics brands at Vancouver 2010 and has been quoted about her thoughts on brands in the Globe and Mail.
